Pumpkin Pie Plate
Perfect for your Thanksgiving pumpkin pie! When baking in handmade pots, be aware that extreme temperature shock may cause pieces to crack. Pie fillings should ideally be room temperature when going into the oven (ex: save frozen berries for the pyrex dish that is formulated to undergo extreme temperature changes) I also do not recommend broiling in these pieces; the 350-400 range is best! All pots are made from wood fired, salt glazed stoneware. They are microwave and dishwasher safe. Treat them well and they will last for generations.
