Based on medieval vessels used for ceremonial handwashing, usually formed to look like animals, this is my modern interpretation. These pots can be used for storing and pouring olive oil, watering houseplants, or as a jaunty piece for the mantle with a single flower in the spout! This pot holds about 20 oz of liquid and measures 7.5 x 7.75 x 4". All pots are made from wood fired, salt glazed stoneware with hand painted designs. Hand wash only to preserve the delicate features of these forms. Treat them with care and they will last for generations of use!
